Defendant Leonard Bobby Ortega ("Ortega") appeals his conviction for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C.A.App. § 1202(a)(1). Ortega seeks a new trial and vacation of the sentence imposed by the district court.
