BIRCH, Judge.

The defendant, a forty-three-year-old male, was convicted by jury in the Criminal Court of Hawkins County of two counts of aggravated rape and one count of aggravated sexual battery. The trial judge imposed Range II sentences to the Department of Correction of forty years in each of the two aggravated rape counts, and twenty years in the aggravated sexual battery count.
