Richard Coalgrove sued his employer, Spider Staging Sales Company for worker's compensation, alleging that Spider failed to pay all weekly benefits and medical expenses associated with a work-related injury he sustained on April 10, 1986. The Trial Judge found Coalgrove temporarily totally disabled as a result of his injury from April 10, 1986 until July 20, 1987.
