Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law and the facts, by reversing the defendant's conviction of murder in the second degree, under the first count of the indictment (intentional murder), vacating the sentence imposed thereon, and dismissing that count of the indictment, and by deleting the provision thereof requiring that certain terms of imprisonment run consecutively to each other and substituting therefor a provision requiring all terms of imprisonment to run...
