DIES, Chief Justice.

A jury convicted Appellant of the murder of Johnny Demny and assessed punishment at fifteen years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. The jury also made an affirmative finding that Appellant used a deadly weapon in the course and commission of the offense.
