Park Creek Associates, Ltd. (Park Creek) brought suit against Terri Walker and Gayla DeLane d/b/a Walker-DeLane Group (Walker-DeLane) for breach of a lease agreement and against Stephen L. Walker (Walker) as guarantor of the lease agreement. Stephen Walker moved for summary judgment on the ground that the statute of frauds was not satisfied as to the guaranty agreement, and the trial court granted Walker's motion.
