This action arises from an employment dispute between the City of Junction City, Kansas ("City") and thirty-one members of the City's police force (21 patrolmen, 3 lieutenants, 3 sergeants and 4 investigators). Plaintiffs claim the City has violated the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq. (FLSA), by failing to pay overtime. Additionally, plaintiffs make claims for overtime...
