This adversary proceeding was brought by the plaintiff, Austin Mutual Insurance Company, to determine dischargeability of a debt under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). The debtor, Dawn M. Schultz, has moved for summary judgment asking that the debt be declared dischargeable as not arising from the willful and malicious conduct of the debtor.
