HARBISON, Chief Justice.

In this worker's compensation case the employer has appealed from an award of 60% permanent partial disability to the body as a whole and has raised several questions incidental thereto.

There is little dispute as to the material facts. The employee, Mrs. Shirley Goins, had been employed at the Kayser-Roth Hosiery Mill in Dayton for over 12 years when she slipped and fell inside the plant in the early morning hours...
