OPINION

MURPHY, Justice.

M.D.B., Jr., a juvenile, appeals from an order of the Brazoria County Court, acting as juvenile court, waiving its jurisdiction and transferring him to the district court for criminal proceedings. Appellant raises three points of error. We affirm the lower court's order.
