James J. Massa appeals from a final order entered in the District Court1 for the Eastern District of Missouri denying his motion for a reduction in sentence under old Fed.R.Crim.P. 35(b).2 For reversal, Massa argues that the district court on remand erred in failing to comply with this court's instructions in United States v. Massa, 804 F.2d 1020
