Appellant Barbara G. Kletschka brought this action against her employer, respondent Abbott-Northwestern Hospital, Inc., alleging discrimation, breach of employment contract and defamation. The complaint originally contained nine causes of action, but appellant stipulated to dismissal with prejudice of five of them. The trial court granted summary judgment on the remaining causes of action and dismissed appellant's complaint with prejudice...
