Appellant, Tommy Huff, seeks reversal of a jury verdict rejecting his claims against his employer, Compass Navigation Inc., for damages allegedly caused by Compass's negligence and/or the unseaworthiness of the M/V CHARLIE C. Huff was employed by Compass as a deck hand and assigned to duty aboard the M/V CHARLIE C. One day into the ship's voyage, Huff allegedly slipped and fell from the second floor landing...
