Johnny Hawthorne appeals the decision of the Benefits Review Board on December 31, 1986 denying his application for additional benefits under the Longshoreman's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C. § 901, et seq. The single issue raised on appeal is whether Hawthorne was inadequately compensated during the period that he received temporary total disability benefits.
