Sterling WILLIAMS, Appellant, v. A.L. LOCKHART, Director of Arkansas Department of Correction, Appellee.

United States Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit.

Decided January 19, 1988.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Randolph M. Baltz, Little Rock, Ark., for appellant.

Jack Gillean, Little Rock, Ark., for appellee.

Before McMILLIAN, FAGG and BOWMAN, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM.

Sterling Williams appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court1 for the Eastern District of Arkansas dismissing his application for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254.
