Defendants Thomas and Robert Keaty ("the Keatys") have moved pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) and (5) to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction, or in the alternative, for a change of venue to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404.
