Sue Ann Green (Grandmother) appeals the trial judge's order terminating her guardianship of Amanda Sue Green (Grandchild) and terminating her visitation rights. This appeal raises four issues which we restate as:

1) Whether the trial judge abused his discretion when he terminated the guardianship? 2) Whether the trial judge abused his discretion when he terminated the visitation rights? 3) Whether a minor parent may consent...
