The heirs of Elizabeth Orr brought this wrongful death action and dramshop case after she was killed in an auto accident when her husband, Hollis James Orr, was driving. The jury found no liability in the dramshop defendant, found Hollis Orr 65 percent and Elizabeth Orr 35 percent negligent in the wrongful death count, but awarded zero damages to the heirs.
