Defendant, Anthony Ingrao, was convicted by a jury of theft from an interstate shipment in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 659. Specifically, Ingrao was found to have been involved in the theft of money, checks, and food stamps from an armored car driven by him on the date of the theft and owned by a company which employed him.
