An Otter Tail County jury convicted appellant on one count of criminal sexual conduct on February 25, 1987, in connection with the sexual abuse of his sister. Appellant argues on appeal that the trial court erred when it failed to caution the jury that acts occurring outside of the statute of limitations period could not be considered as part of multiple acts of abuse for purposes of Minn.Stat. § 609.342, subd. 1(h)(v).
