Appellant, Alphonzo Carter, was tried by jury in the District Court of Oklahoma County for the crime of Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, After Former Conviction of Two Felonies, in violation of 21 O.S. 1981, §§ 801 and 51(B), in Case No. CRF-84-966.
