OPINION

DORSEY, Justice.

A jury found appellant, Frank Torres, guilty of delivery of a controlled substance and assessed punishment at twenty years' imprisonment. Appellant brings four points of error on appeal. We affirm.

The facts of this case were hotly disputed at trial. According to narcotics officer Gilbert Villareal, he was taken to appellant's apartment on February 1, 1987, by another subject named Mike, in order to execute an undercover...
