OPINION

DUGGAN, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of burglary of a motor vehicle, found an enhancement paragraph true, and assessed punishment at nine years confinement.

In point of error one, appellant contends the trial court committed reversible error in refusing to permit him to enter his plea in bar on double jeopardy grounds.

Upon his own motion, appellant's first trial ended in a mistrial...
