Appellants (the surviving families of Dixie Putnam and Delores Edwards) appeal from an adverse summary judgment in their wrongful death suits against Reteneller, (driver of a vehicle engaged in a highspeed chase of a stolen car), Eaton Construction Company, and Advanced Building Erectors, Inc.
