PER CURIAM:
In this appeal, the district court in Alabama granted the plaintiff-appellee's motion for summary judgment in an action seeking to enforce a final judgment issued by a Texas state court. The defendant-appellant contends that the state court judgment, upon which the district court relied, was improperly authenticated under Rule 44(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
