Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company appeals the entry of summary judgment in favor of the Travers. Farm Bureau was the underinsurer for the Travers, who were involved in an accident with an underinsured motorist, Renner. Following notice of a tentative settlement with Renner, Farm Bureau substituted its check in order to protect its subrogation rights.
