This appeal comes to us from Arkansas County Circuit Court. Appellants, Ray Dickson and Dickson Farms, Inc., appeal from the judgment in favor of appellee, Delhi Seed Company, filed July 27, 1987, and the court's February 5, 1988, order denying their motion for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict and new trial.
