Following a jury trial in August 1986 in the Superior Court, the defendant-appellant, Beresford K. Potter ("Potter"), was convicted of two counts of Delivery of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine, Maintaining a Dwelling for Distribution of Controlled Substances, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
