Wallace and Peggy Wilkinson, husband and wife, (hereinafter plaintiffs) orally contracted with Wilfred Landreneau (hereinafter defendant) to build a house for them on property they owned in Evangeline Parish. Included in the written plans and specifications provided to defendant was a fireplace and chimney for the house.
