This is an appeal from a garnishment proceeding. Appellant, Marilyn (Rohde) DeMello, and the garnishment defendant, Alfred W. Rohde, were granted a divorce in February 1987. In that divorce decree, the trial court awarded appellant's attorney, Oscar C. Gonzalez, attorney's fees of $25,000.00 to be paid by Mr. Rohde.
