William David Buxton, (hereinafter the juvenile), thirteen years of age, was adjudicated a delinquent child by the district court exercising juvenile jurisdiction, for the second degree murder of his father, Ronald E. Buxton. On disposition, the juvenile was committed to the custody of the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections until he reaches twenty-one years of age.
