The appellant, Larry Louis Gilbert, was tried by jury in Oklahoma County District Court, Case No. CRF-84-977, and found guilty of Attempted Grand Larceny in violation of 21 O.S. 1981, §§ 42, 1704 on Count I and Shooting With Intent to Kill in violation of 21 O.S. 1981, § 652 on Count II.
