This is an appeal from a judgment declaring the decedent's two illegitimate daughters the sole heirs of his estate. The jury found that the appellees, LePaula Long Jarmon and Nikita Denise Rogers, were the biological daughters of the decedent, LePort Walton. The appellants, the intestate heirs of the decedent, appealed from this judgment contending that the trial court erred in allowing Jarmon and Rogers to establish heirship by proving the decedent...
