The Facts

Appellant Nau, a real estate appraiser and broker, owned a lot in Incline Village on which he had constructed a house foundation. In 1980, he sold this lot to respondents Sellman and McMonagle. The lot, at the time of sale, contained some trusses, a garage door, assorted construction lumber, as well as severed timber, some of which Nau had chopped into firewood. There...
