In this disciplinary proceeding, the disciplinary prosecutor and the attorney-respondent, Ted L. Hansen, (Hansen or respondent), entered into a Stipulation, Agreement, and Conditional Admission of Misconduct. A hearing panel of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee accepted the Stipulation and the recommended suspension of sixty days.
