OPINION
CLINTON, Judge.
Appellant was convicted of the offense of capital murder, and, in accordance with affirmative answers rendered by the jury to the three special issues submitted at the punishment phase pursuant to Article 37.071, V.A.C.C.P., the trial court assessed his punishment at death.
