McGIVERIN, Chief Justice.

The father of three children appeals from the juvenile court order terminating his parental rights with the children. On appeal, the father contends that clear and convincing evidence did not exist to support termination of his parental rights. The case was transferred to the court of appeals, which reversed. We then granted the State's application for further review. We now vacate the decision of the court of appeals and affirm the judgment...
