The Supreme Court has directed us to give further consideration to the felony convictions of William Conover and Anthony Tanner. In reviewing our opinion at 772 F.2d 765 (1985), the Court affirmed in part and remanded to us to determine whether the evidence presented at trial was sufficient to establish that Conover and Tanner conspired to cause Seminole to make misrepresentations to the REA. ___ U.S....
