OPINION

PER CURIAM:

At approximately 4:20 p.m. on November 8, 1985, Hugo Elsen was senselessly stabbed to death while working in his jewelry store. Josy Elsen, Hugo's wife, was resting in the back room of the jewelry store at the time of the killing. When she heard a scuffling sound, Josy entered the showroom where she saw a black man wearing a blue cap squatting over Hugo and holding a knife. Josy immediately fled out the back of the store.
