OXBERGER, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff, Chamberlain, Kirk & Cline, Inc. (Chamberlain), brings this appeal to challenge the district court's judgment denying it a real estate commission. Chamberlain contends the district court erred by granting the defendants' motion for summary judgment, overruling its motion for summary judgment, and in denying its motions for sanctions. We affirm.
