These appeals are by Warren Finch, one of the nephews of John Edward Luenberg, deceased from the Mobile Circuit Court's judgment affirming the probate court's decree of final settlement regarding Luenberg's estate. The probate court's decree was entered on January 30, 1984, but was amended nunc pro tunc on February 15, 1984, to correct clerical errors.
