In these consolidated wrongful death actions, the widow and children of a 68 year old nursing home resident, who wandered away from the home and was struck and killed by a van driven by the victim's daughter, after a jury trial recovered judgment against the nursing home and its insurer. The defendants appealed. The husband of the daughter who ran over her father also appealed a judgment sustaining...
