JOHNSON, Circuit Judge:

In this diversity case alleging breach of a marine insurance contract, Great American Insurance Company appeals from the award by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida of $122,768.671 to Magnum Marine Corporation after a nonjury trial. We reverse and remand.
