OPINION

WOLIN, District Judge.

In this antitrust action defendant Steelite, Inc. renews its motion for partial summary judgment on Counts One and Four of the Complaint based on the recent decision of the United States Supreme Court in Business Electronics Corp. v. Sharp Electronics Corp., ___ U.S. ___, 108 S.Ct. 1515, 99 L.Ed.2d 808 (1988). For the following reasons defendant's motion is granted.
