Relators Dyna Span Corporation (Dyna Span) and A.R. Johnson complain that respondent the Honorable Leonard E. Hoffman, sitting as visiting judge for the Honorable Adolph Canales, abused his discretion by denying a motion for protective order on a subpoena duces tecum and notice of deposition for Johnson.
