The instant appeal is taken by both the debtors, Marcia Nell Holt and Marvin Joe Holt, and the creditor, Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (FSLIC), from an opinion delivered by the Honorable Robert F. Fussell, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, filed March 17, 1988, in the above cited cases.
