Ronald Glenn Frazier was convicted of burglary of a habitation. Punishment was set by the jury at eighteen years' confinement.
In two points of error, Frazier contends the trial court erred in denying his motion for mistrial based upon prejudicial comments in the prosecutor's closing argument, and that the evidence was insufficient to prove the structure burglarized was a habitation.
