This is an adversary proceeding which originated by virtue of the Trustee's lodging objections to a claim which had been filed in this proceeding on behalf of James O. Bakker and Tammy Faye Bakker and a claim which had been filed on behalf of David A. Taggart. When the Trustee coupled his objection to the claims with a counterclaim filed on behalf of the estate, the actions became an adversary proceeding...
