Mississippi Lofts, Inc. (Lofts) appeals from a jury verdict rejecting Lofts' claim against the Lexington Insurance Company of Wilmington, Delaware (Lexington). Lofts seeks to recover the cost of repairing a fire-damaged building, claiming coverage under a fire insurance policy issued by Lexington.
