PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, appellant pleaded guilty and judicially confessed to driving while intoxicated, third offense. Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 6701l-1 (Supp.1988). Appellant also pleaded true to enhancement paragraphs alleging previous felony convictions for murder and assault. In accord with the agreement, the court assessed punishment at imprisonment for twenty-five years.
